Finished the LAST Sweat Interval workout for Month 1 of ‪#‎InsanityMax30‬! I started this at week 1 with a max out time and today CRUSHED IT and made it through the whole workout! Here's my thought on these programs. It's 21 days, 60 days or maybe even 90 days. The time is going to pass regardless. I can't believe one month is almost done and guess what...
