New sticker story. Found out an old friend of mine and her kids were in Manitou at the same time so we met for lunch at the Loop. Gave hugs and got stickers. Then headed back to my bike and an old guys stepped up and said nice bike. So we started talking. He gave my crap for not backing in to the spot. I admitted I was lazy. We talked about our old British bikes and he admired my newer bike. He than handed me a business card for an Illinois State trooper motorcycle officer He said this is worthless but this is the first ever woman to be a Motorcycle State Trooper in Illinois. It is also his daughter. Damn, sir, you get a sticker. He dug the sticker and was going to stick it on his BMW GS panniers. I am very impressed with Cuban architecture. Being able to experience the assimilation of various influences over the last 600 years, mixing Moorish, Baroque, Art Deco and more made me feel like I was walking in a museum every day. The contrast in colors and details it's like their music and (drinks) an eclectic and unique mixture that creates magic. 😍 #inspirationoverload (at Old Havana)

More sketchnotes on finding focus when you're feeling #inspirationoverload . Loved the idea to do your hardcore focus work before lunch. Being able to let got of the stress of "scary work" (and just crank out some tasky chore or creative stuff in the afternoon) is definitely motivation to get hyper-focused in the morning. ☀️☕️ And let's be honest, a big part of the reason work for myself is for the afternoon naps. 🐈
