TBH, this sounds like fan speculation to me. 

The playback was not recorded by WYB, but by XZ - it would have been very obvious to everyone in the arena if the playback were a different voice. (And it doesn’t sound like a different voice in the stream to me, either.) 

But setting aside whether or not it does sound like WYB or not, they would have had to ask Dragon TV to pay performance royalties and mechanicals to WYB for the use of his voice in that track, and would have also had to clear that song for recording by WYB with the rights holders. This literally makes no sense at all from a professional POV. Why would Dragon TV agree to that? And why would the rights owners agree to that? What would be the point? How would the stakeholders benefit from it, when WYB isn’t even appearing in person? (As an aside: the Weibo links don’t work so I couldn’t actually check those out at all.)

WPC 2014 Insider Perspective

WPC, otherwise known as the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, was again a huge event this year with over 16,000 attendees descending on Washington D.C. July 13-17. This was my 8th WPC since first attending in 2003. Having traveled most of the nation, D.C. was one of the few cities I hadn’t previously visited. The historic landmarks made an impressive backdrop and the weather was warm, but…

The worst part of special educations school really isn't the school itself, but the ride there. Most of us drive in small buses with 5-13 people in them. Most of the people going to my school live relatively close to the school (5-30 minutes). I however, have a ride of 1½ hours to school, and those are the worst 1½ hours you can imagine. I get picked up as the second person in our 9 man bus, when i get picked up, there are 2 people in the bus, Bill (Placeholder name obviously), and our driver. We drive in a Ford Transit, and i usually sit in the middle, farthest to the left, while Bill sits in the front, farthest to the right. Bill loves to play on hes Nintendo DS, and does so very loudly and obnoxiously. He also has a bad temper, and often grumbles and mumbles at hes DS (again, loudly but not that loud). He is one of the lesser annoying ones, as he isn't really that loud or annoying unless you start a conversation with him, which some of the other kids in the bus makes the mistake of doing of course. He is around 13 years old i think, however, he is around 2-3 heads shorter than me (Around the size of an average 7-9 year old) and attends to the "Sector B" (Actual name) of my school. He also hates the other mentally ill children as much as the less mentally disturbed kids.
