The city is a strange place, one that Anders is still getting used to, still learning to exist in, to explore in. He spends days dedicated to exploring, to learning where he is and his surroundings, when he isn’t working in Ceasefire. A flash of glowing eyes catches Anders' attention and - more importantly - Justice's. As is happening more and more these days (although not unwillingly so) Anders relents, lets Justice take over his body, and the spirit makes firm, measured steps toward the man with eyes that glow like its. It won’t run - it can’t, it has some dignity, some honor.
"You. I had not realised this ... place ... held other Fade spirits. What sort of spirit are you?" That is, after all, how spirits know each other, and its response to a spirit of valor is different than that to a spirit of faith. "I am a spirit of Justice."
That is no longer true - not technically - but Justice ignores that. It is a spirit of justice, at least if it wants to be. It hasn't seen anyone that may even kind of be from its world, may even kind of be a spirit from home. It is quiet, reserved, in its excitement, but it would be a lie to say that it isn't excited, relieved to see another spirit, that it isn't eager for this connection, this reminder of home.
