YES!!! Very much yes. I love the guys at my gym. Without training though I feel lazy and stuff and get really depressed, even if it’s due to injury :/
Same here! Its funny, cause when I need a really good workout I choose the guys at training. But when I wanna take things slow and light, I choose someone more my height and speed(like if my shoulder is bothering me or something)
