Ah...I don't think they exist in your world. At least not yet, that is. For me, I got them from a store.
And yes, the chips do make noise, specifically when eaten or broken. They are usually crunchy. :D

Oh no, not Chip. There's a type of food called chips, or if you're British, crisps.
There is a wide variety of them. Here's a few of my favorites. :D
[I hold out a few colorful bags; Doritos, Ruffles, and Lays pickle chips.]
