Create your own In-N-Out inspired burgers at home with this delicious recipe. These burgers are a mouthwatering combination of juicy beef patties, special sauce, and classic toppings.
Ingredients: 4 beef patties 1/4 lb each. 4 hamburger buns. 8 slices American cheese. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish. 1 tsp white vinegar. 1/2 tsp sugar. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp mustard. 1/4 tsp paprika. 1/4 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 4 lettuce leaves. 8 tomato slices. 16 pickles. 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. To make the special sauce, put together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl. After mixing well, set it aside. Put the beef burgers on a hot griddle or grill. For medium-rare, cook for about two to three minutes on each side. If you like your burger more done, cook for longer. Add a slice of American cheese to each patty and cover it for the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute, until they get a little brown. Huge amounts of the special sauce should be put on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a beef patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. Place two pickles on top of each tomato slice and place two tomato slices on top of the bun. A little chopped onion should be put on top of the pickles. Lastly, put the top half of the toasted bun on top. Feel free to serve your In-N-Out Copy Cat Burgers right away and enjoy!
