Officially became Seneschal of my local barony yesterday! Photos from the court changeover. I may be a little bit obsessed with how the veil drapes from the back 😅
This meme is brought to you by my consort’s sense of humour, and my photography and meme editing skills 😂
What if, with merely 4 weekends until Rowany Festival, I abandoned my pre-festival project (another shift) entirely to modify an old second-hand fencing jacket for my brother to enter in an A&S competition next weekend

I was awarded a Star and Lily on the weekend, which is Lochac’s AoA (base) level arts and sciences award. The main comment was about the effort I put into all my outfits, and how I appear “well turned out” at most events.
I was wearing my current best wool dress (since the green one is still unfinished), and ended up being very glad I didn’t change for the heat of the day haha.
My barony held its foundation day picnic yesterday. It was a very relaxed vibe, and a warm day, so I wore my Greek garb.
I spent far too many minutes getting the headscarf right, only to have that bit covered by my veil all day! I did enjoy using my emotional support three metre veil again though, so it’s fine
