That's the polite version of what's swirling in Uzi's head. The guy had just said he needed his phone fixed- this thing doesn't need a repair, it needs a funeral. This phone is pining for the fjords, and that's a reference Uzi doesn't even understand.
She lifts the cracked mess tenderly, like one misplaced finger is going to cause the entire thing to shatter. It still holds, somehow, and she just turns it in her hands, frowning. Is this what he called her on, or did he borrow someone else's phone? If you turned on the speaker, it would probably just beg for death. When she put up her ad, she figured people would come to her with, like, cracked screens or broken CD drives, not... This.
"Listen, uh..." She frowns, introductions blown completely out of her head by this travesty of a smart device. "Dark Hole. Is that right? Whatever. You want my advice about this thing? Over there, next to the fridge, there's a trashcan. Chuck this in there, and then go buy a new one."
With a sigh, she fiddles with the power button. The screen flickers on, despite all logic, and Uzi figures there must be some kind of reason for trying to save this phone. "I mean, I could probably just pull all the files out so you can transfer 'em, if there's something you wanna save. But if you really want me to try and fix this thing..."
She blows out a deep vent, silicone lips flapping. "Basically digital necromancy. No promises."
