Great day at Luxury Connect in Vegas yesterday. Luxury realtors from across the country gathered to discuss industry trends. One notable session featured luxury specialists Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers, Zar Zanganeh of The Agency and Kristin Routh Silberman of Corcoran who all work in resort towns.
Similar to Naples they saw an influx of buyers purchasing second homes as lifestyle become more important. The key factors motiving buyers to relocate were lower taxes, work from home flexibility, safety and overall quality of the lifestyle. While inventory has increased a bit in other resort towns such as Park City and Vegas, it's still low. The work from home trend continues to drive buyers to their area despite many companies requiring people to go back to the office.
Bottom line, demand remains strong. Inventory remains low. Luxury buyers continue to purchase second and third homes to facilitate their new lifestyle. Prices have yet to decline in these towns. Similar to Naples they have leveled out.
Are you considering buying a vacation home or second home in Naples? Let's connect to discuss your options.
