Motivation vs Price! Towards the end of the year motivation plays a big part on how a home is priced. November and December notoriously is not a great time to sell. But, can be a great time to buy! Its back! La Ballona Festival in Culver City starts Friday. Looking for something fun to do this weekend? We go every year and every year we have a blast. There are food trucks, live music, carnival rides, farris wheel, local vendor booths, games, pony rides and petting zoos, dunk tank, fire engines, beer grotto and so much more. I checked out a new restaurant @rasselbockla German kitchen and beer garden on the westside in Mar Vista and the food & atmosphere was really cool!
