It can be a very sad thing, ‘n kinda scary sometimes, but ultimately it’s for the best. I can promise ya it’s not somethin’ adults do carelessly - it’s a last resort. ‘N it’s absolutely an adult decision, there’s nothin’ a kid can do to cause it or fix it. Your parents’re still your parents. They might be apart from each other, but that doesn’t stop ‘em from being a part of you ‘n your life.

If ya don’t mind a little extra insight: livin’ with somepony else for a while…well, I can tell ya from experience that it can be a lot better than bein’ back home, ‘specially if the situation is gettin’ tough.
