i had this game on my wishlist for a long time, but never touched it until i fell in love with kcd.
i really liked the style, like those medieval frescoes that you could see most often and which make you smile every time. i played a lot of turn-based strategy or combat games, for example darkest dungeon, but here the mechanics are simpler, although it forces you to make an effort to resolve situations and protect your inkulinate.
the game gives you several actions, resources and additional opportunities from the factor that we literally draw a character and thus, for example, can push him beyond the page.
there is also an amazing soundtrack that tells you a story from the nearest tavern or be it a melody from the passing streets of the city, but also with sending you into a dynamic battle, like a dance.
i can also note that although there is no bias towards dialogues, there are funny phrases, a story about a great knight in the background, which is written on the pages themselves where the battle takes place, references to those same funny medieval drawings and such a light note of humor gives you ease in passing, but does not let you get bored in the combinations of actions and the combat itself.
just the thing to get that same pleasant vibe that i experienced in kcd.
