its another flatbread but the bread i make the absolute most is the king arthur flour nan-e barbari, its quick n fast n versatile and also makes a fantastic thick pizza dough if ur so inclined. (a lil annoying to mix tho bc its a bit sticky). the pane bianco from the same site is also a super good filled bread!

yeah i learned about it when I was in the middle of reading the second book cuz their third movie was out and i got really into the stories
and then found out the author can't write female characters unless they're central role is Wow Thomas you're so big and strong and important to the story, let's kiss (and the way Thomas is written when it's about the girls ain't great either cuz it's literally 'theresa is so pretty and delicate but this new girl is hitting on me and idk how to feel about that, I still really like Theresa she's really pretty'
it's a fucking mess once you actually take notice of it
and ooh maybe one day we get a female/nb author to just rewrite from the girls camp perspective, that would honestly be so much more interesting
