I’ve been introduced to this tasty ingredient by the great Skye Gyngell. Sea Kale, is like a cross between Asparagus and Celery. Its picked young to avoid bitterness and is bet blanched and then sautéed with butter. Here i have fried it with Bacon, Peas, and Parmesan and garnished with seeds for a quick and tasty lunch.
