synopsis. the gist (backstory): students from a high school are fated of their impending sudden deaths due to the curse of the app Girigo. The app ‘Girigo’ grants any kind of wish by uploading a wish video. Several people over the years that had stumbled upon this app had since been affected by this curse. While it grants wishes, it is soon followed by a timer within 24hrs, this timer serves of the current person’s life countdown. variables of surviving the timer can very, however if linked via relation (ie. the friend group), the time will stop. nevertheless, over the years, this app had created a chain of tragic unexplained deaths. the origin of the curse was born from a pair of best friends (a shaman’s daughter and her very innocent best friend *tears rip hye-ryeong*) with conflicting issues that eventually lead to bullying and betrayal, causing a direct trigger to turning to witchcraft/shaman curse, using the app as a direct physical omen for the curse: to grant wishes and underlaying purpose of ending a life.

i believe that we get our first glimpse at blodreina in season four,   hear me out.   at the start of season four we see octavia but she’s colder than before,   something in her has changed,   she’s confident as a warrior now and,   i believe,   confident as a killer.

roan says this to indra about octavia in season four.   i don’t believe that indra created a killer,    she created a warrior and that warrior lost her way because of grief.   a grief that she had never experienced before,   not only grief actually        octavia felt betrayed by her brother,   for siding with pike.   it’s a different kind of betrayal,   he’s always protected her and now she can’t stand the sight of him.   bellamy says my sister, my responsibility.   octavia should say my brother, my world.   so the betrayal she feels, it cuts deep.   it feels like she hasn’t just lost lincoln,   she’s lost bellamy too and is slowly losing herself.

holding that gun to ilian’s head was something of a wake up call,   kane’s words tortured her because she finally saw what she might become,   she saw blodreina,   a ruthless killer,   someone who frightened her,   and she couldn’t face it.   attempting to kill herself by running out into the black rain,   only for ilian to save her all the while octavia is saying she needs it.

her choice to go back with ilian is not out of romance,   it’s out of a desire to find peace because she can’t go on the way she has.   peace doesn’t last long,   not when people come looking for ilian telling her the news of the conclave.   especially not when those people find out she is skairipa.

octavia tries to avoid a fight,   she tries not to kill,   sadly she fails.   this is the moment we see her go back into herself,   hiding her emotions as she looks at ilian with blood splattered on her face,   and just a cold look before telling him   this is who i am.   fighting is all she has ever done,  it’s all she knows,   it’s what she’s good at in her mind.

all i’m saying is that octavia has never had a normal life,   from the start she was unwanted by her mother,   only cared for by bellamy and the timeline of the first four seasons is set very close together.   it’s bound to have a big effect on her mental state,   she went from being the girl under the floor to skairipa quickly if you think about it.
