At this rate, my toon is gonna be the last to get a ref. Here are The Information Sponge and that's Circuit Breaker friend! Sponge was hired by COGS Inc around the time the Litigation Team was hired. But instead of dealing with toons, that's job was the archival and sorting of all sorts of information COGS Inc has. From physical things like advertisement posters, newspaper mentions and letters to digital things like quarterly winnings, employee information and even the cogs.ink site.

Sponge was a Lawbot until that got moved to Boardbots due to snooping around a bit too much. What was the Sponge looking for? Why, any piece of information relating to the deceased Witness Stand-In Atticus Wing of course! The first Suit to have been declared dead, once global news, now impossible to research on the common web. Why is that? How did he die? Why is no one doing anything about it? Sponge's curiosity about Mister Wing is rivaled only by that's immense knowledge about everything in COGS Inc.

But, somewhere along the way, the Sponge decided to make more space on that's onboard memory. This job is taking up a lot of space and so is everything related to the case of Atticus' death. So obviously, the thing that needs to be removed is Sponge's memory of thatself. School career. Family. Friends. Hobbies. Name. Identity. It all is meaningless when compared to everything else. But nothing was deleted, oh no. The deliberate destruction of information would be the opposite of what Sponge strives for, so that's old self was placed onto a USB stick and given to a certain executive Circuit Breaker.

The Circuit Breaker has a name like any Suit does, even the common grunts do. But Sponge only ever refers to him as Circuit, friend, companion, a valuable asset to our mission. Once interested in finding out the deal with the Insiders, Circuit is now fixated on Atticus' death due to Sponge's entire everything. Why would you erase yourself to find out about this dead guy? I'll take care of your old self, I'll return yourself to you when you ask. And if you cant recognize who you used to be, I'll stay by your side even when we're done.
