Little tiny quirks I have noticed in my ocs that were absolutely not planned but came naturally:
Chili will whistle songs when he's in a good mood, with a beat to his step, especially while doing boring chores or on a long walk.
Whenever Chili is deep in thought he will scratch either his chin or neck.
When he genuinely smiles he often avoids eye contact.
If Chili is recalling unpleasant memories he has a tendency to scratch his scarred arm.
Mint often covers their mouth with a hand when laughing, thinking or when embarassed.
Mint's tentacles curl up when stressed.
Mint loves physical contact but their touch is always as soft as a feather. They'll often pat your shoulder or hold your hand, and if you're injured they will absolutely brush their fingers against the wound unless its bloody
Mint also pulls on their hair or hugs it in stressful situations. General 'playing' with it is nervousness.
Mint is a HUGE tease, it's a haphazard to be around them if you're embarassed about something.
