This is a few things that @captawesome0024 and myself did today. Now for some @thedolcediet #whey some more #yoga and then maybe some battlefront haha starting clockwise, Zach shredding his forearms and fingers with the 20lb #steelbell, myself working the #infinityflow with his 20lb mace, slowly improving with that movement. Zach getting his #taichi on with some #bladeflowering with the 5lb #steelclubs and back to me figuring out mills with the 20lb #steelclub. Thanks to @esik831 and @jimromig for always posting super badass content. All of the "toys" we used today are from @onnit. Several month's ago I taught a week of classes around a "mandala" theme. I learned so much that week and occasionally I get the circular flow feeling again. There are so many ways to do it. Hope this inspires you to create your own. I find it feels good to the soul. This is sped up 4x so it's hard to see that there's a lot of breathing going on here, but there is.
