Could all the DESC girls please send me their icons? We have a shiny new layout on the blog and it's needed for the members section :))

Welcoming You Home
Hazel was sitting at the living room table, happily admiring her drawing. She had drawn her, Elena, and Damon. She was in the middle of Damon and Elena and she was holding their hands. She couldn't wait to show them her drawing when they got back. She was staying and being babysat by one of their human friends because Mystic Falls wasn't safe at the moment. But they'd told her when they came back to pick her up they'd be ready to go home together because Mystic Falls would be safe again.
At the bottom of the picture she had written in pink crayon, "I love you Damon and Elena. Thank you for adopting me and making my wish to be loved come true! I love you both more than anything else in the whole wide world! Iām so happy I get to live with you both forever! I missed you both so much and Iām so happy youāre back! Lots of Love, Hugs, and Kisses from Hazel.ā
Sheād also drawn lots of pink and purple hearts and a happy sunshine. Because she wanted her picture to show how happy she was because of them. They should be back real soon! I hope they like it! She meant every word she had written. I love them so much. Theyāre my new mommy and daddy and Iām the luckiest little girl in the world to have them as my parents!
Elena was late, there was no doubt about that. It was strange that she hadn't hurried home after school like she had done when she'd been young, and he wanted to know why.Ā Protective brother instincts kicked in as she walked into the kitchen.

Going to the Boarding House
Ā Hazelās eyes widened as she saw the BIG house - because it was BIG, like the hugest house ever. Elena called it a boarding house, because the house had lots of rooms. Elena had also told her this was going to be her new home, and this house was where her boyfriend lived.
She was still extremely anxious about meeting him. Elena had said he might not be home, and a part of her hoped he wouldnāt be. She did want to meet him, but thinking of her father made her feel anxious about meeting another adult boy. That and what if he ended up not liking her? What if he didnāt want her in the house?
She had to remind herself Elena wanted her, and Elena seemed sure her boyfriend would like her. She just hoped so. Because she really wanted to be part of Elenaās family. She wanted Elenaās family to love her. She wanted to belong. She wanted to forget about her parents. She wanted to have a new home and a new life.
She waited for Elena to open the door, swallowing anxiously. She was both excited to see her new home and nervous if Elenaās boyfriend would be there. Her life had changed so much already just meeting Elena, and now her life was about to change even more with her going to live in her new home.
