what kind of music gives you the best inspiration for your art? also are there any songs that are stuck in ur head? :0
Musicals a lot of the time, I think. Or just emotional songs. Kayden MacKay's music makes me want to draw. Specifically, Your Stupid Face and Don't You Dare (Make Me Fall In Love With You) are probably my top two inspirations considering I almost storyboarded a whole animatic for both. (I ended up giving up quickly but that's a whole other conversation lol)
Other songs that I've imagine certain pieces to are things like Cavetown's music (I specifically have Talk to me in mind), Immortal by Reinaeiry, TV Girl is a vibe that makes me wanna draw longing and angsty stuff.
All-in-all, I think it's sadder/bittersweet songs that give me the inspiration to, at the very least, doodle something. I haven't had a ton of inspiration to draw as of late. But I'm working on it.
As for songs stuck in my head? None currently but I tend to get the most random songs stuck in my head typically after I've just woken up.
