Sacrarium Mini-Update
Hello everyone,
I'm back from a small vacation (belated birthday gift from my cousin to me). It was a blast and a nice break from everything going on. It had been ages since my last vacation. That's why I was a bit slow responding to things over this past weekend.
On to the update:
The Woeful Rose & The Bitter Crow has been mostly programmed (minus some sounds and some sprite adjustments) through scene 9 out of 30. The editing has also been done through scene 9 as well, and @cutebrainpants has been hard at work editing the rest.
I've also had some help in getting the codex up and running properly, and I had to redo the gallery code entirely. The gallery is 100% operational. The codex I can confirm is 70% fully functional. That remaining 30% is because I still need to connect the codex to the in-game text via linking. Once that is confirmed across multiple in game lines, I can say the codex is 100% fully functional. There are currently 122 codex entries for future player enjoyment (and for the lore nerds to bite into).
My current goal is to get the rough code for everything done through all of the scenes first. Then, I'll go back and start adding in SFX and fiddling with placements and the like. I just need to get things mostly constructed around the CGs to make it super easy to compile a .exe that the artists can reference whenever they're trying to understand the vibes of a scene.
As for Sacrarium Pario, @useruzrian is valiantly still hard at work getting the remaining CGs done. After they are done, I will have to tweak the endings accordingly, so there will probably be a mild further delay in regards to that (I cut two CGs to make things a bit easier, but now I need to write around the cut CGs). The minute that work is done and I have the time to go fix the typos and other prevalent bugs reported from the last update, I will release the finales for your enjoyment.
After that, I will of course keep open the bug report files for both Pario and WRBC to make it easy to note anything atrocious. Some time later, I'll release a final patch for each of those games to amend those issues.
For now though, I am off to continue coding on WRBC!
I hope everyone has had an okay start to their year and has a wonderful day/evening!

I have been Wiped Out the past couple of weeks since I've been sick but it hasn't stopped me from chugging on a little bit with my progress. Real quick before the progress summary, I want to...
