Dear cherished readers (and the beautiful people who have just stumbled upon this place by chance), greetings from Indian Upside. The day has finally come. On this special day for every Indian, the children’s day or the day when the first Prime Minister of India was born, Indian Upside feels special to launch a newer version of the site. A new look, some absorbing articles from some of the gifted writers around, some thoughts, some processes, 5 new sections and many more is on the offering. We will make sure you have a good time while you are with us, without compromising on our root belief, the belief on which the foundation of Indian Upside has been laid. Let us brief you on what and how we want the things in this place.
We are Indians. Criticism comes naturally to us. We grow up seeing our mothers cribbing about the housemaid, our fathers complaining about the reckless security guard in the neighbour building, we ourselves complain of things we are least affected by or can affect. The economy of the country that is spiralling down the man hole, the corrupt leaders who eat thousands of taxpayers’ money and what not! But in this dark cloud of negativity, we forget the fantastic country we live in. We forget the things that make India one of the best countries in the world.Indian Upside is a place for those who feel this way. We expect you to share your experiences, your thoughts on the positives of India. Be it the latest cool gadget you’ve discovered, or a fantastic place you’ve visited. We want the place to breathe out fresh air of pious positivity. Seriously, don’t you think, the best way to preserve something good is to appreciate it? If you do, share.
