I love the flavor of mustard and cumin seeds ofΒ Indian fry cabbage (Cabbage Thoran). I follow the version served at the Mamak store in Malaysian as close as possible.
My usual cabbage stir-fry is with garlic and fried shrimp. This side dish is aΒ welcoming change for my dinner.
Aso makes some chapati and dal tadka, so tonight we will serve Indian style dinner at home.
