"Long-term covert intelligence operations often exhibit distinct patterns and causes of evidence emergence. These can be categorized into several types, including: genuine accidents; unauthorized disclosures (e.g. Snowden-like leaks); deliberate misinformation (which may contain contradictory or nonsensical elements to undermine authentic leaks); and unanticipated improvements in the target’s detection capabilities. Intriguingly, our analysis suggests the history of UAP evidence may include a similar classification pattern of events."
UAP Bridge, "The Great (Strategic) Silence" (22 July 2023), sec. UAP Phenomena As Potential Evidence of ICI (para. 3), https://uapbridge.org/great-strategic-silence/
Led by Dr. Garry Nolan, Professor in the Department of Pathology at Stanford University School of Medicine and sociocultural anthropologist Dr. Peter Skafish, Sol Foundation is assembling teams of world-class academics and government experts – including former Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG) I. Charles McCullough III serving as legal counsel – to conduct research and provide policy expertise around UAP, as well as help set the agenda for the wider study of UAP.
As the revelation of the reality of UAP is likely to be world-changing in every sense of the term, Sol Foundation’s mission is to be a leading source of research on the issue, while providing the most informed and insightful policy recommendations to governments. The Foundation will encourage greater government transparency, drive collaborative sharing and review of academic insight, and champion methodical, scientifically-robust assessment and analysis.
"Search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) projects, for example, often work with culturally limited notions of civilizational evolution rooted in 19th-century ideals of persistent technological and moral progress. As a result, astronomers unknowingly tend to rely on language borrowed from the era of colonial conquest (e.g., space as 'frontier'), while also appropriating land formerly belonging to Indigenous populations to set up their installations. Scholars have warned about how easily reason falls into anthropocentrism and cultural bias when dealing with the nonhuman."

"Garry Nolan, asked about the aftermath of Disclosure, explains that he has spoken with Karl Nell and David Grusch on the subject. It became clear that there are many things that can go wrong if information is released to the public in the wrong way. So Colonel Karl Nell wishes to 'prepare the instruments of power, (...) prepare the instruments of government and Society in a careful way to accept the information more readily.'"

uNHIdden, a London-based mental health and wellbeing charity has released its first White Paper on ‘Exceptional Experiences’ relating to Uni
A change of policy and a recognition of the reality of UAPs would provide legitimacy to people trying to seek help, and make it far easier for the medical profession to provide care and treatment. It would also help move the conversation forward if the UK Government recognised the possibility that not all Exceptional Experiences can be explained by prosaic psychological and/or environmental factors; this is part of moving toward a more non-judgmental approach. — Daniel Stubbings
"However concerning the security implications of UAP are, the scientific ramifications are nothing short of world changing. Pilots, credible observers, and calibrated military instrumentation have recorded objects accelerating at rates and crossing the air–sea interface in ways not possible for anything made by humans, and several pieces of congressional legislation support these observations by defining UAP as transmedium vehicles. The stunning implication is that engineering, materials science, and physics beyond the state of the art are needed to produce and operate these objects. This knowledge could transform such fields as air and maritime transportation, energy generation, agriculture, communications, computing, manufacturing, space travel—virtually every imaginable economic sector—not to mention defense. Further study of UAP may lead to discoveries that make those of the scientific revolution in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries look like baby steps."
— Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, PhD, US Navy (ret.) [Ref.]
"Through the religious lens, there are already UAP cults. Through the political lens, there are innumerable questions about policy, public and international communication, information distribution, private regulation, and military strategy that need to be laid out and systematically pursued. The view of the situation will be just as complex and unique through other lenses, like ecology, philosophy, biomedicine, materials science, linguistics, psychology, theology, and many others."
— Michael Glawson, Ph.D. [Ref.]
