54, 40 + 41 for Indaali and Evan'drein <3 <3
Indaali
Do people expect a lot from your character or look up to them for something? Why or why not?
Indi expects a lot from himself, more than anyone else would ever expect of him, or anyone really. Because he sets impossible standards for himself he finds himself being counted on by his people, and particularly his subordinates and lower ranking paladins. He’s been a Vindicator longer than most, seen many worlds, and though he won’t ever speak of his own accomplishments, it’s hard for young recruits and squires not to feel a little awe inspired to see him in action.
Where do they live? What is that place like, do they enjoy living there?
He has no real home, he lives on the move, going where his duty takes him. His home is wherever his unit makes camp.
What kind of weather do they like best? How do they enjoy that weather?
He enjoys the rain. The world is quieter and more still when it’s raining. Indi likes to sit out by the window, or the opening of a tent and just watch it fall, and listen. There are few things that remain the same no matter how far across the universe you’ve fled, but rain is one of them.
Evan
Do people expect a lot from your character or look up to them for something? Why or why not?
Evan expects too much of himself, for a start. He expects the impossible of himself and more, and berates himself when he doesn’t live up to it. He has to be better, always. Every falter is unforgivable in his eyes - only when in regards to himself.
He is a commander, so his superiors and his men expect something of him, and his men all like and respect him. His constant striving for self betterment and humble nature make him a reliable, hard working soldier, and a pleasant superior to deal with.
Where do they live? What is that place like, do they enjoy living there?
He bought himself a little house in Eversong. He built a lean-to and converted it into a smithy, as well as a small stable out back, and a training dummy. It’s in the middle of nowhere, it’s big enough for him and a guest, and he loves it. It’s quiet and has everything he needs. He’s a simple guy.
What kind of weather do they like best? How do they enjoy that weather?
Sun is nice, only if it’s not too warm. Evan does best in cold climates. He radiates a frosty aura at all times, so he can’t really enjoy the warmth of the sun, and his dulled senses make feeling the rain on his skin a lot less enjoyable than it likely was in life. He does like when it’s storming outside though, he really enjoys watching nature go wild, with flashes of lightning and deep, rumbling claps of thunder.
