Of course the power comes with rules and this is a hard lesson to learn, but he eventually puts the power to good use. Owning The Pie Hole with Pete Wentz, his assistant and roommate, isn't the only thing he does with his time. He also just happens to use his power to solve murders. Everything gets complicated when his old childhood best friend, Mikey Way, is killed. Is Frank willing to break the rules of his power to bring his best friend back to life for good?
