my ranking from least favorite/least interesting to my favorites/most interesting. i like all of them and what i came up with but i have favorites

btw these were done with some consideration to how the character would want to/be able to dress up so to some degree the blame IS on them

8. kim - letta the doll is kinda niche but otherwise it was just an outfit </3 best possibilities were some kind of makeup and i don’t think kim knows how to do his makeup unfortunately. points for devil horns to remind people he’s an EVIL and HAUNTED doll

7. sean - another that’s just the outfit mostly but he gets points for trying (and i think succeeding?) to pull off a dress. and the red hat instead of dyeing his hair is fun. he did kinda mess it up tho like the dress is shorter and he should have pants of some kind but whatevs

6. robert - breaks my heart to put him this low but again it’s basically just a cute sailor outfit and a dog plushie. it is really cute though. i think it’s less creative than sean’s but this is also for favorites and idk i just think his costume is nice. blatant favoritism

5. sneve - this is the first one in the list that i got to be creative with. most of the other ones i googled references but this one i just came up with. its fun but not particularly unique

4. ryan - now you may be thinking “it’s just a cat outfit!” but no i kinda went off with this one. i think ryan originally planned just cat ears and a cat tail and maybe makeup but shadow was like nah you gotta get better. so like the fluffy coat, sorta sleek stuff and the boots, and also the yellow tinted glasses to mimic glowing cat eyes got added. and i just think it’s neat

3. kiply - basically ryan’s basic concept but better. like building an outfit around the idea i mean. she gets more points cuz a. she came up with it herself and b. i just think it looks better lol. the skirt and socks are really fun also. and it’s way more colorful

2. shadow - lower than i expected to put this but it’s still awesome. i had to put the most random bullshit together into one costume and i made it slay. like the crown, the pumpkin mask, the hay scarf from the scarecrow, the gloves from the plague doctor, the cloak from the ghost, it’s all pretty cool and creative i like it lots

1. legundo - do i have to explain. the king in yellow just has so much aura it carries over. the veil and mask are super fun details and also the book is just funny. read my play type shit. i think the main reason i like it more than shadow’s is because it’s more colorful (i love nice colors) and also a bit more cohesive

so yeah that’s my official declaration. you may disagree but since i’m the creator you’d technically be wrong (jk guys think whatever you want)
