There had been a series of violations by Tammy Seltzer--failing to accommodate my non-apparent yet known disability, discussing Jane Brown's sex life with me in the office, and refusing to pay me for work I did, but she paid a male who was on the project with me and yet he did no work on the presentation--and Jane Brown and Sandy Bernstein for failing to protect me from the sexual harassment, gaslighting, homophobia, and threats of physical harm by a male employee Louis Sawyer Jr. When I asked Tammy to pay me for my work in January of 2016 she responded, "Don't play the martyr." When I asked for help with Louis it was dismissed for over a year and then I finally wrote up an internal complaint in February and April. After my final complaint in April of 2016 I was fired less than two weeks later. I recorded the meeting in which they asked me to resign, sign a non-disclosure agreement for $1,900. I laughed and then I was told (and this is all recorded and legal) that if I resigned I could get unemployment, but if I was fired I could not get unemployment. I asked why I was being fired and was told because they could. These were three attorneys lying like they were prosecutors. Of course I didn't sign and of course I got unemployment. There is a pending case with the DC Office of Human Rights. However, I discovered that I had another avenue to get paid for some of the hours I worked on the Service lto Justice Conference in January of 2016. The project in which my male counter part got paid but I was not. Through research I discovered the Office of Wage Hour and I won. See the documents. There is so much more to this story of how a this organization used me and violated my rights. Tammy Seltzer's abuse and left me doubting people who I really trusted because in the end they seem to fear what she can do if they speak the truth and stand with me (You know who you are and you should be ashamed for the lies you have committed by omission and complicity of silence and yes I can will come for you as well). Yet, I am still here and will not be silenced. My gifts, those given to me by the Universe and my God are not owned by anyone. #imstillherebitches
