淡い琥珀色にオフホワイトの泡立ち。みかんの果肉とマンゴーの皮と松葉の香りに荒いキャティなニュアンス。主張的なグレープフルーツの皮の苦味は支配的。この苦味がトーストされたパンとキャラメルとタフィーによって支えられている。ミディアムボディ。炭酸レベルは普通。苦身の強いグレープフルーツの皮とみかんの果実の様な暖かい余韻が残る。このDouble IPAはそのあるべき姿のまま飲みやすい。口蓋が苦味に慣れるとキャラメルのニュアンスが仄かに垣間見える。
