Okay, I've actually thought about this a lot, and have come to the conclusion that my superpower would be the ability to control matter at an atomic level. That means I can re-arrange anything's molecular structure at will. I could scatter a person to dust with the blink of an eye, I could turn water into wine and then into cheese, and with enough power, I could rip the universe in twain... I'm not insane, I promise...
