This is the culmination of all my work on the #lilac #series! #BigLilac #oilpainting with #coldwax and some #impastomedium. The #coldwax predictably dulled the paint down. 70/30 mix. So I added #galkydlite to bring the sparkle up. I lost count of the layers. 8-10. I even used a little #Gamsol in the beginning to do the leaves 🍃. (at Hudson River Valley Art Workshops)
