Lets play a game. REBLOG THIS IF YOU ARE AGAINST CALLING THINGS "RETARDED". Because apparently some people are completely oblivious to how rude and offensive this is. The terms “retarded” and “retard” are offensive, yet for some reason, these word keeps popping up in people’s daily dialogue as a substitute for “pathetic”, “weak”, or “stupid”. Mental retardation is a disability, and you don't know who you are hurting. So unless you’d describe something stupid by saying “that’s so cancerous”, or talk trash about your tv, by saying "it's such an amputee” – basically, unless you’d use the deaf, the diseased, and the missing-of-limb to make a point about how much you hate your science homework – then don’t use mental disability as a synonym for stupidity.

Do you know how important it is for people to feel important and worthy? People including ourselves. Well, I finally feel important, like I cross someone's mind and it is probably the most amazing feeling in the whole entire world. If someone is important to you, let them know, right now. Face to face, in a note, email, write it in the sand, however you can. You never know the impact it may have on them and you.
