Day 11 of the Spring Asana Challenge: Camel pose
I was so surprised I could actually do this. I wasn’t bending far back at all, when my lower back kinda started hurting. But then I realised that when I dare to actually drop down onto my hands, it doesn’t hurt anymore

Day 8 of the Spring Asana Challenge: Bow pose
I’m pretty amazed how successfully I can do all those poses. I mean, they clearly can’t compete with the poses of all the great yogis on here, but so far there hasn’t been a pose I couldn’t do at all and that’s great.

Day 7 of the Spring Asana Challenge: Standing forward bend
This is probably the picture that makes me feel the most embarrassed. I just can’t and never in my life could bend forward with straight legs and even touch the ground. Much less touch my upper body to my legs or something. I really hope to be able to improve this through doing yoga regularly.
