Rochelle Reed:
Rochelle was a southern California journalist in the late 1960s and early 1970s for the music publications KRLA Beat (1966-67), Tiger Beat (1968-72) and Monkee Spectacular (1968); as well as a writer and transcriber of AFI’s monthly book series Dialogue on Film from 1973-75. She also wrote the books The Sandy Duncan Story (1973) and Making It Together: The Inside Story on Super Groups (1974). Through her writing gigs, Rochelle got to interview and hang out with many pop culture icons including the pop/rock bands the Beatles, the Monkees, the Rolling Stones, Love and the Association; and movie stars Olivia de Havilland, Liv Ullmann, Jon Voight, Richard Attenborough and Susan Dey.
