Congrats, yo, I think you’ve got the world figured out a hell of a lot sooner than I ever did. :) Seriously, doing something really does help - even if it’s, like, writing angst!fic to get the feelings out, or angry!cleaning or whatever.
oh man i'm the reigning champ of angry!cleaning. the only way anything ever gets cleaned or organized in my house is when i'm really upset/agitated, bc the rest of the time i'm so content that i'm like "slovenly mess? *shrug* the world is beautiful i love everything i want to hug one thousand bunny rabbits"
but honestly, preoccupation is sometimes the only cure. there are thought cycles that i slip into that i feel like i should be able to talk myself out of, but talking just makes me more agitated because there is no miracle cure or ~aha moment~ and all you can really do for yourself is get away from the bad
i still slip up and spend time angsting, of course, but baby steps man. anyway, how've you been doing lately?

I’m not happy that you’re sad or anything but like it makes me really happy that you’re all doing stuff and doing things to help yourself not feel sad and i don’t know that makes me feel really happy for you does this make sense??
i'm happy you're happy! and just feeling better in general? a little? deep breaths, you know. i think i need more orange juice. but i do know what you mean. trying to help myself is definitely healthier than rolling around in the painful things.
that aside, how's things with you lately, heather babe? it's been a while since we've talked! <3
