KTP, KK, Akte Lahir, Ijazah, Surat Nikah, Rekomendasi dari atasan / pimpinan bagi:TNI, POLRI, PNS, BUMN/BUMD.

For Children

KTP(ayah&ibu), KK, Akte anak, Surat Nikah(ayah&ibu), Paspor (ayah&ibu).

Datang ke KI minimal 7.30am dengan membawa pulpen, materai, semua berkas ASLI, dan fotokopiannya (1 aja cukup).

Minta formulir di CS, isi data secara lengkap, kembalikan lagi ke CS, mendapat nomor antrian.

Back to CS, kita mendapat antrian lagi, dan datang ke KI 3 hari sesudahnya.

Kita dipanggil, lalu ke CS lagi, mndapat nomor antrian.

Once the appropriate queue called, we make payments. 1=255.000K. wait a second, then we got the paper queue again.

Once the appropriate queue called, we we are called to photograph and interview. don't use contact lens. and hijabers, don't use white hijab (because the background is white)

After 3 days, don't forget to always come minimal 7.30am. Put the paper queue at CS. when we called, we get another paper queue.

setelah dipanggil, datang ke loket pengambilan untuk tanda tangan dan pengambilan paspor, fotocopy dulu untuk diserahkan, and we can go home happily. :))
