The fossil fuel industry is making record profits with the United States and other countries around the world providing subsidies for them to do so.
So what do the fossil fuel companies do? They spread misinformation and downright lies about climate change to delay significant progress in reducing the reliance on their destructive products. They’ve bought the Republicans in the USA to protect them and oppose any legislation eliminating their corporate welfare. It’s criminal.
