What is their name? Do they go by the same name they did pre-war?Well, because I’m such a creative type, his name is Daniel. (I usually make me as my first character in an RPG)

What was their relationship like with their spouse?They had it alright. She was very understanding of his time in the War. But even though he was a soldier, she was definitely stronger than he was. She’s going to be my second character, an alternate tale of events.

What are other people likely to notice about them first?People tend to notice physical attributes first. He has scars down his cheek and over his lips.

Describe their voiceHe seems very lax about things, and way too chill for the situation he’s in

Describe their most fond pre-war memoryHe likes to remember the first time he wore Power Armour before the war. He didn’t get to use it in combat, but he remembered the feeling of invincibility. Something he needs to retain in the Commonwealth.

Describe their smileOften, it’s bewilderment at this new world, or just a courtesy to those he’s with.

Describe their general appearance, post a screenshot or draw them My PS4 is put away at the moment while I’ve my exams so I’ll have to describe him. He’s got fair brown hair, which is tied up in a topknot. he has a beard kept trimmed all except his goatee which is allowed to grow. His face has scars from pre-war, and from now. He wears the Minutemen General outfit when roaming, but when he’s among settlements or the city, he can be found wearing a suit vest and slacks.

What were their hobbies pre-war?He liked to keep in shape and would often train with his wife. He also collected comic books

What is their weapon of choice? He tends to favour his custom silenced 10mm pistol with the most powerful receiver, or for full on combat he switches out to his incendiary laser rifle 

Do they get attached to their weapons sentimentally, give them names etc?So far he has nicknamed some weapons “Kenway”, “Pew Pew Laser Burn”, and “Silent but Violent”.

What is their sexual orientation?Pansexual

What kind of situations are they likely to avoid?Anything underground unless they really really need to, like Vaults or tunnels or subways. Thankfully he’s not in the Capital Wasteland.

Do they have any fears or phobias?The dark, feral ghouls, and anything with high radiation levels.

Describe their morality. Is it black & white or are there grey areas?Once he was pretty black and white about things. But his morality is fraying as time goes on. Sooner or later, he’s only going to be the grey in between.

Which faction/group(s) are they affiliated with, and why?He joined the Minutemen right away. He was eager to get to great lengths with the Brotherhood of Steel. But their stance on synths doesn’t resonate well with him and he is having second thoughts. He was entranced by the Institute but knows they are not what they might claim.

Which faction/group(s) do they dislike, and why?He’s currently 50/50 with the Brotherhood. He’s unsure of the Institute also.

Did they find romance in the commonwealth? Who are they with?No romances have actually been forged yet, but he’s a little smitten by Nick.

What do they love the most about their romantic partner(s)?He’s pretty damn funny

Do they suffer from any mental health issues?PTSD, Depression, Anxiety

Do they partake in anything that could be considered escapism?He still holds the feeling of invincibility with Power Armour. That might be why he has 4 Suits lines up at his home, and a follower always inside of one so they can switch out when he needs it. He also keeps a good stock of fusion cores, hitting the mid twenties at this point.

Do they have any memories that make them physically cringe with embarrassment?Having to wear that skin tight vault suit until he got a better underarmour

What are their insecurities?Damn tight fitting clothes. Despite keeping fit, he likes some space in his clothes. He also gets made fun of because of his topknot, but..

What boosts their confidence?When people like his topknot. That, and Power Armour.

What makes them angry?Hatred for all synths. There are rogue synths just like there are feral ghouls. But, like regular ghouls, there are also synths that are human. Also running out of ammo. Also parts of his armour gettig shot off. Also running out of damn space or supplies when building.

Do they cry easily? What’s likely to set off the waterworks?He can tend to cry, usually as he sleeps.

How do they cheer themselves up, or how would other characters cheer them up?Nick is really good at cheering him up. He’s a fun guy. There’s also Preston, whose innocent and pure personality could uplift a deathclaw.

What do they miss the most about pre-war life?Trees. Just trees. 

Who is their bff post-war? Post-war his best friend is definitely Dogmeat. 

Has the post-war commonwealth changed them physically?Yeah, he’s developed scars. And the stress is causing early greying.

Has the post-war commonwealth changed them mentally?Oh definitely. While pre-war he was still coping with PTSD, he now lives with depression and anxiety. He also has a weakening grasp on patience, tolerance, reason, and morals. Think Rick from Walking Dead.

How do they react to being humiliated, intentionally or otherwise?They just laugh/shrug it off despite what happens inside.

Do they/did they dance? Describe their funky moves. He was a fan of riverdance, for many reasons lie fun, heritage, and fitness.

How do they feel about ghouls?As long as they’re not feral, they are people too. Just like people, some are assholes and some are good.

How do they feel about synths?As long as they’re not rogue, they are people too. Just like people, some are assholes and some are good.

They’re in a bar fight. Did they start the fight, are they getting beaten on, or are they trying to break it up? They didn’t start it intentionally but they’re ready to finsh it. 

What ’S.P.E.C.I.A.L’ stats do they value/embody?They’ve raised Charisma and Luck to the max, they like to talk their way through things.
