So while in normal conversation just now with a guy, we’ll call him Kyle (because that’s his name) I was trying to explain to him that I needed someone's extension, and he was like oh well just call their phone and leave a message I'm sure he knows. And I was like... but I need his extension to call his phone.. (I didn't say it angrily or anything just confused) and he was like “WOAH WOAH EASY hold on I'll find it for you” and I was like.... “uh okay, thanks.” And then I got an email from another guy upstairs "for your reference" aka get it together bitch. With all of the names up there and the extensions. I only needed one. He just started working here so I didn’t have it. Stop being dicks it's not my fault you guys have customers that want to talk to you.
