There are many 'Amāl that a Muslim can perform this night, night of the first of Shawāl from ghūsl, the Ziyarāh of Imam al-Husāyn, alehī al-salām, recitations of various supplications. But, I wish to share this prayer which comes with it unimaginable reward it is prayed at a night like this (night of first of Shawāl) A fourteen unit prayer, in each unit the believer recites: Once al-Fatihāh (Opening Chapter), three times Ayāt al-Kursī (the Verse of the Throne), and three times al-Tawhed (Chapter on the Oneness and Unity of Allah). The reward associated with this prayer is, for ever unit the believer receives reward of forty years of worship and the reward of every individual who fasted and prayed this month. When I said unimaginable, I meant it as you can see, how much prayers and fast we're done in this month? Only God knows. Keep me in your prayer. #Hadith #Prayer #Supplication #ImamSadiq #Shia #Sunnah #Sunni #Islam #Muslim #MuslimPrayer #GodsReward #Peace #Shawal #Ramadhan (at Hussaniat Al Muhassen Al Shaheed - حسينية المحسن الشهيد)

The places of worship are ˹only˺ for Allah, so do not invoke anyone besides Him. Yet when the servant of Allah1 stood up calling upon Him ˹alone˺, the pagans almost swarmed over him. Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “I call only upon my Lord, associating none with Him ˹in worship˺.” Quran 72:20 _ Supplication, pilgrimage (ziyarat), making vows (nazr), and remembrance (or invocation) are exclusively for God alone, and associating partners with Him (shirk) is the greatest sin.

1. Surah Al-Fatihah
It is You we worship and You we ask for help
-
2. Surah Al-Baqarah
Yet there are some who take others as equal to Allah. They love them as they should love Allah. But those who believe love Allah even more. If only the wrongdoers could see the ˹horrible˺ punishment ˹awaiting them˺, they would certainly realize that all power belongs to Allah, and that Allah is indeed severe in punishment." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:165, Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran)
ـ
Surah An-Nisa 48
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.
