Christmas time, time to give someone special! How about a drawing of the person with her favorite character? Or a profile picture for yourself? Or even a drawing of you with your special person in the format you want? Whatever you want, I do!
Read below all the rules for you to have a unique design of mine!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From the request made by email, it will be deemed that you will be in compliance with all regulations here.
The order is for personal use only, if it is for a commercial project, it will be necessary to make a completely new budget and rights agreed previously.
The concept for commercial projects are:
Any work that makes a profit on my work being resold in print formats such as graphics products, marketing projects or monetized videos.
You need to give credit for my work when reposting on any social network.
Do not attempt to hide or modify the watermark and signature.
You are entitled after the purchase of the drawing:
Print for yourself or the person being presented for personal and decorative use.
Under no circumstances may arts involving offensive content such as:
Male chauvinist.
Racist.
Homophobic
Support for organizations that promote violence and offensive content.
Sexual content.
Imitation of the style of other artists and movements.
Finally, given all restrictions, I have the right to:
Post the illustration made for you on my social networks, and with a prior request to be able to mark or just post the main reference of the drawing. If you do not want to disclose, please inform by email.
Decline the order if the order does not fit the previous rules, due to lack of availability.
PAYMENT
Payment will be made through the PayPal system, or by invoice after negotiation by email. A payment slip will be made for the initial payment of 50% of the established value, defined by negotiation by email, for then the order start being made, after the confirmation of the first payment. The other 50% must be paid at the end of the order and before receiving the final file by email. Price installment will not be accepted. Finally the refund or cancellation of the order will not be accepted after sending any of the files of the order process.
COMMUNICATION ON ORDER FROM ORDER TO FINALIZATION
Always by email! Requests or concessions made by DM from Instagram or Twitter, Tumblr inbox or via Whatsapp will not be accepted, because the organization of work does not mix with my personal life, and thus nothing is lost during the process. The follow-up process will also be done by email, for the approval of the steps (which are two), because everything in the drawing is the same as you want and imagine, but will be of poor quality and watermark. ever. The finished artwork will be sent at the best resolution specific to the order type and always in .png format. The two steps that will pass for approval:
Initial draft - for approval of the poses and appearance desired.
Simple colored art - for approval of the colors selected for the order.
The corrections in each step should be simple and well thought out, if the correction is for one of the previous steps will not be accepted, because you will have already accepted before and so the order does not delay so much. If the correction is made after the order is finalized, a fee corresponding to the size of the correction will be added and for how long it will take to finalize the order.
DELIVERY TIME
If the art you are ordering is for a special date, then you must order it at least two weeks in advance so that all negotiation during the process can be done quickly and easily. The minimum order delivery without special times is one week, if the art is very simple, as the size of the art grows, the time will be increased proportionally. The deadline will always be informed after every negotiation about the order and if you have any changes, you will always be informed by email.
TIME TO ORDER
The email you will send the order will be to [email protected] with the following information:
What do you want? A Funko-shaped drawing, icon, bust, 3/4 or full length?
How many people will contain in art?
Send too many references!
Images of the people to be drawn from at least three angles that match the type of design you choose.
If you want art people to be portrayed as some character, send them plenty of references too, the exact look you want to see. Same for different clothes and accessories.
Now the pose. Choose exactly the pose you want for the artwork, send references of these and if not find, describe as you want.
If it is an icon of your choice, send the emoji (or print of it) that most represents the person to be drawn, which you want to be in the artwork.
Finally, compress all this into the email with the request, I ask that for the references are in .pdf files or compressed in .zip files and that are attached in the same email that will be made the initial request.
