I found this study on self harming that cutting is not the only way, and its sad how most of the time it is used most that this is the worst way honestly only 15% cut or carve but then there is a 25% that hit them self and go unnoticed, I myself that I do 2 of these types, and i honestly believe its not depression its an addiction, i just wanted to bring awareness to these other types of self harm -Imachi<3
