that extremely specific experience where you left work an hour into the workday because you felt bad and distracted and tired but not actually sick, and felt like a fraud about it, and then a couple hours later it turns out you were actually genuinely sick

i hurt VERY much, the internet. i had awful dreams and i hurt a great deal. nothing about me is useful and i hope i will be left to be eaten by scavengers

uuuugh i can feel my pulse all through my abdomen like my intestine is full of hearts

i was depressed yesterday and now i’m up with like 4.5 hours of sleep which means i’m almost definitely going to be relentlessly miserable today; sorry in advance to all of my friends, who i should be avoiding because relentless misery is not a fun social experience, but won’t, because i’m still secretly convinced that if i’m just pathetic enough in public one of [specific set of people] will hold me and pet my hair

is everyone's body broken and painful and dysfunctional? can any of you digest food? like, do you normally just eat without cramping and nausea as like a predictable daily result?
