Clogging his arteries and wadding up in his heart and veins. Worms that make his heart so enlarged he can't breathe. Causing him to pant 24/7 and put his life on the line. So he doesn't have to have #Fucking #ARSENIC pumped into his veins to kill them and #HOPEFULLY not kill him. If you're not going to take care of an animal, don't get one. I love this new little lump of nerves so much. After two days. Oh. Right. This is Beau. He is our new foster. He was headed to the pound and those eyes just melted us. He hasn't had an easy life. The fur on his back is bleached from too much sun, his ears have fly scars and he's terrified of everything. And he has heartworm. Pretty advanced heartworm. He wasn't loved by his previous owners. Heart guard is a cheap fix. If you love someone you make sacrifices for them. They didn't care to make sure he was okay. #however I can assure you that he will be loved with us. Either for the rest of his forever or until someone comes along that can offer him the spectacular home he deserves. What breeds do you think he has floating around in there??? He has thick lab fur.
