First of all my reasoning for the style of dress I chose.

• I know the long gloves have become very iconic in Illi prom designs thanks to humbug and again by mercening, so I knew I wanted to keep that.

• For the shape I wanted her to have something straight and boxy, almost ill fitting. Even at her most put together, Illi is still messy and not quite fitting in. But she's beautiful.

• for the rest I'll just leave this ramble from with my friends while I was sketching :)

Imma use this as a redesign for my previous concept sketch of a prom dress for my wip Illi game concept. I put more thought into it this time around, but she was still the blueprint.
