TO SUBSTITUTE FOR AN EGG, MIX ONE TEASPOON OF WATER WITH FOUR TEASPOONS OF CHICKPEA FLOUR.
How to make nachos:
- Step 1: take baking sheet + parchment paper (or just a plate)
- Step 2: spread tortilla chips on the baking sheet/plate
- Step 3: cover with (not soak in) mayonnaise and salsa
- Step 4: cover with cheese
- Step 5: put into preheated oven (ca. 200°C) or if on a plate into the microwave at least 3 min/ until you're satisfied
Step 6: eat
