                      all faith knew was that noah had a run for the two of them, because apparently this job was too much for her alone to carry. i feel inspired to make an alignment chart of farm animals. also that name is brilliant. 

    there’s a lot running through faith’s head right now, it’s the second time she’s lost a parent. it’s the third time gabriel kruger stripped her of her own family. she’s angry, and anger makes you stupid. (  ‘ there’s no coming back from that. ’  ) this is how the cabal ends, with a brand of terrorism and no retaliation. dogen always said running would get her killed, but this isn’t what she had in mind. she tries to move, but icarus has his hands outstretched and it’s all too apparent that he’s not gonna let her leave that easily.      ❛ i don’t care. ❜        oh, but she does. it’s evident in the way her teeth are gritted. her eyes glassy and those hands of her’s quake with rage and grief. she stares him down, and she can’t make out any thing from behind those stupid sunglasses.                                                                         ❛ let me go, icarus. i’m doing this. i have to. ❜
