So, it's only been 2 days and good googly-moogly 2300 calories is a lot of food. The bloat from all the carbs has me feeling like a Mack Truck. I have read that this is normal and should subside after a week or so. I know that to get different results, you have to do something different. Let's just hope I'm not just making myself fat. 😂😂😂😀😀😀
