Cora was pretty much the only one who'd decided to continuously visit Peter at Eichen House. He was one of three remaining family members and she couldn't just leave him. That and growing up he was always her favourite. She remembered park visits and icecream and general kindness from her uncle.

"I've been trying to get Derek to visit but he's just so busy." She laughed softly. The first part wasn't a lie Derek and her had gotten into a fight over him visiting Peter. Cora thought it'd be good for him to see someone other than her but Derek yelled at her that he didn't want to. That Peter deserved to be in there. Cora had told Derek it was his fault there was so much pain and heartbreak within their family. He'd dated Kate after all. "I did bring a little surprise for you today though. Want to see it?" Her hand pulled away from the glass, smiling brightly at him.
